SMS credit is a currency on our website which allows your account to send SMS messages from our website. Such events are currently limited to when your retro may appear to be offline for more than 5 minutes.

Currently there's no way of purchasing additional SMS credits but there will be methods available soon. The following are conditions of using this service:

• Your hotel must have at least 100 users online.
• You will be SMS'd approximately 5 minutes after your online count has become frozen.
• Our website must be able to see, and must have seen in the last 5 minutes, your online users, if it can't then the SMS alert will not be sent.
• You will only be SMS'd once per freeze, once your online count has changed the status will reset and monitor according to the requirements above.

More information will be given here soon. Providing your mobile number means you agree to the information above. Providing your mobile number is optional and can be left blank on registration or when modifying your account details.

Finally we will not be held responsible for invalid mobile numbers, network failures, or other errors resulting in loss of SMS credit or being unable to provide this service to you.
