First news article for the new website theme.

Well, as you can all see this website is undergoing another massive change. This involves a new theme, but not only that, other features are in the process of being added to this new theme as well. Some new features so far include the upcoming filters and options to collapse or expand all listings. We've removed the inactive listing because we feel that if a retro listing isn't supporting us then why should we support and list it.

We have also been trying to spread word of mouth through large sources.

On other news, SOPA, a policy that threatens the existence of retro websites and topsites like this one. At the moment however SOPA is losing popularity big time and may very well fall through completely, thanks to websites such as Wikipedia making it aware through a blackout for 24 hours.

Our voting API is going to be improved on again soon, our last improvement was making it so it never redirects the user to our website in order to vote, unlike other topsites which have a similar feature where their one redirects and also has a captcha system such as click the animal. The upcoming improvements are to monitor the number of members (unique usernames) which login daily, and to change Facebook Like and +1 to 'AddThis' (like above, top right sharing choices).
